Assessment data — including company names, diagnostic scores, and reports — is treated as strictly confidential. It is accessible only to authorised Acquihire Tech consultants and the specific user account that created the assessment. We do not share client assessment data with any other client, third party, or the public under any circumstances.
When AI narrative generation is used, anonymised assessment data (scores, pillar ratings, and structured metrics) is transmitted to a third-party AI provider (xAI / Grok) via encrypted API calls solely for the purpose of generating diagnostic narrative text. No personally identifiable information is included in these transmissions. The AI provider does not store or train on your data beyond the immediate request.
All data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (AWS Singapore region). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. We implement access controls to ensure only authorised personnel can access production systems.
We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (such as invoicing records).
